These terms govern your use of the ShelfCastAI website and its interactive demos. Using the site means you accept them.
Demos and estimates are illustrative
The Farm Routing Demo, Kitchen Tracker, Store Allocator, and Shelf-Life Calculator use sample data and modeled estimates grounded in USDA Handbook 66 and UC Davis postharvest research. They are for illustration and evaluation only. Actual shelf life and financial outcomes vary by cultivar, packaging, humidity, cooling speed, handling, and other conditions. Do not rely on these tools as food safety guidance or as a substitute for your own quality controls.
No warranty
The site and demos are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ShelfCast is not liable for decisions made based on information presented here.
Intellectual property
The ShelfCastAI name, logo, content, and software are the property of ShelfCast. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
Pilots and agreements
Any commercial or design-partner relationship is governed by a separate written agreement between you and ShelfCast. Submitting a form on this site does not create such an agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
